Rent to own listings

We own a few homes and have investors that have other homes that are available for rent-to-own or lease-option.  A buyer/tenant can have the opportunity to rent a home for up to 2 years while earning up to $500/month toward the purchase of the home.  Following the 2 year lease, the tenant/buyer will need to excersize their option and purchase the home qualifiying for and obtaining a traditional mortgage. 

These homes can become available at any given time.  If you need some time before qualiflying for a mortgage and this sounds like it will work for you, give us a call and we can let you know what is availabe and/or get you on a waiting list.
